Welcome to That Old Photo. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and AI photo restoration service. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use That Old Photo. By using the service, you confirm that you are 13 or older. We do not knowingly allow users under the age of 13 to create an account or upload photos. If we learn that someone under 13 has used the service, we will remove their account and data.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account. Please let us know right away if you suspect any unauthorized use.

3. The Service

That Old Photo lets you upload an old or damaged photograph and receive an AI restored version of it. Restoration quality depends on the input photo and the underlying technology. While we work hard to deliver great results, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome for any particular image.

4. Credits and Pricing

Restorations are paid for using credits. Each photo restoration costs one credit. Credits are sold in packs as one time purchases. There is no recurring subscription.

Our current credit packs are:

• Starter Pack. 10 credits for $9.99 ($1.00 per photo).
• Pro Pack. 30 credits for $19.99 ($0.67 per photo).
• Studio Pack. 60 credits for $34.99 ($0.58 per photo).

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Credits remain in your account until used. We may change pricing or credit pack contents in the future. Any changes will only apply to purchases made after the change.

5. Refunds

If a restoration fails on our end or you are unhappy with a result, contact us at info@thatoldphoto.com and we’ll make it right. Refund requests are reviewed on a case by case basis.

6. Your Photos and Content

You keep ownership of every photo you upload. By submitting a photo, you give us a limited permission to store and process that photo for the sole purpose of producing your restored result and delivering it back to you.

We do not use your photos to train AI models, and we do not share or sell your photos. You can request deletion of your uploaded and restored photos at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Acceptable Use

When you use the service, you agree not to:

• Upload photos you do not own or do not have permission to use.
• Upload illegal content, including any sexual content involving minors or any content that violates someone else’s rights.
• Try to interfere with the service, abuse our APIs, or circumvent our security and rate limits.
• Use the service to harass or harm others.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

8. Service Availability

We aim to keep the service available and reliable, but we cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may perform maintenance, update features, or temporarily suspend the service when needed.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, That Old Photo and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. When an account is deleted, your photos and account data are removed from our systems.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If a change is significant, we’ll let you know more directly. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
